Terms & Conditions
when booking on College of Body Science courses
Online and in-person courses
Payment of a deposit, the first instalment on a payment plan or the full amount will secure your place on a course.
Once a payment is received you will be sent full details of the information you will need - either for instant access to a course, how to join when it is presented live online or whatever is relevant for an in-person course. Full payment is due one month before the course begins.
Courses are non-refundable once purchased.
If the course has live check in sessions included then you are welcome to attend these for a second time if you missed or want to resit them. After that there will be a further fee due.
Should we have to cancel a course, you will receive a refund or credit note (whichever you prefer) for the full amount of fees paid. In the unlikely event of this occurring, we are very sorry, but we are not liable for any expenses incurred in preparing to attend the course. However, as much notice and consideration as possible will be given.
Videos and other content for the online courses will remain available in the course pages on this service provider for at least a year from when you purchase it. If for any reason we stop using the website service to host our videos, you will be given alternative access to the recordings.
Additional terms and conditions for staged payments
If you book onto a series of courses and are paying up front or in staged payments, but then are unable to complete the series, you will be still be liable for the full amount.
Enrolment terms
Your enrolment via the course fee is for yourself only. Please respect the work we have put into developing these courses over many years and use them only for your own learning. It is explicitly requested that you do not share content, especially videos, and if you do, while we may not have the time or funds to be able to bring proceedings against you, bear in mind the universal forces of reaping what you sow….
