While we cover the anatomy in these Upledger CranioSacral Therapy classes (CST2 & SER1), if it's new (ish) to you it can feel like a lot - it's easy to feel like you're catching fragments but that there's not quite enough time to let it all sink in.

No you don't. If you have done, then the areas we are talking about will make sense as you have already learned how we treat them. However, if you are planning on doing them and feel that you want to be better prepared, this will hugely support you in that. If you've done CST2 but not SER1 yet - this will help you for both.
Not really, no. While it will reference what we do, this will be in relation to the anatomy we're learning, not teaching the techniques themselves.
