Treatments:   What are they good for?

How long have you had that niggling ache or stifling pain? When was the last time you truly relaxed? Let go of your stresses, let your body take over and do the work it needs to do to release its 'stuff'? Is it time you gave yourself a bit of a chance to catch up with yourself?

I really believe these treatments to be some of the most efficient and effective around - and I do my utmost to bring all of my learning to work with your body.

While lists of what can be helped could be nearly as endless as there are different people, what are some of the main things that people comment on?

  People often say that:

  • Aches and pains disappear as do problems from old ore recent injuries
  • They feel fitter and more flexible
  • They have more energy, can do more in their day and better handle their workload
  • Coordination and concentration improves
  • They sleep well and wake up refreshed
  • Headaches and migraines recede
  • Post surgical problems are reduced (sometimes surgery has even been avoided **)
  • Menstrual or fertility problems improve
  • Musculoskeletal problems and injuries: eg strains, sprains, pulled muscles, misalignment in the skeleton etc.

So these approaches are generally helpful for maintenance of health as well as a wide range of conditions..

  Health conditions helped:

  • Musculoskeletal problems and injuries: eg strains, sprains, pulled muscles, misalignment in the skeleton etc.
  • Chronic neck and back pain
  • Motor co-ordination impairments
  • Stress and tension related issues
  • Central nervous system disorders
  • Traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries
  • Migraine and headaches
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Emotional difficulties
  • Fibromyalgia and other connective-tissue disorders
  • Immune disorders
  • Post-surgical problems
  • Menstrual problems
  • This list could go on and.
  • Sometimes changes even happen that stretch the bounds of reason. (then it can really get exciting!)
  • Then again, occasionally nothing happens. Sometimes these are not the right techniques for you. Maybe I (or whoever) am not the right practitioner for you. Maybe there are other reasons why things don't change. Sometimes it can be days, weeks or months later that something that happened in a session is more fully understood. Humans are amazing, complex and unique.

  THAT SAID...

I could keep writing about it until the cows come home (so to speak!) but ultimately your experience will tell the tale. But if you want to find out more about how we think treatments could be of benefit to you then please do contact me for a free informal discussion.

** if your condition is more complex and / or you are under medical care we will work alongside and in conjunction with your medical team. This work in no way replaces that.
