Please read the following before booking your place on one of our courses!
For your information, our cancellation policy is as follows: Deposits are 30% of the course cost and are non-refundable. Full costs are payable 3 weeks before a course and cancellations closer than this are non-refundable. However, we all have extenuating circumstances in our lives so we are often able to transfer your booking to another course should this be necessary. However, we cannot guarantee whether or when we will run the same course again, so this includes transfer to other courses - if this is more expensive the difference will be due. Should we have to cancel a course you will receive a refund or a credit note (your preference) for the full amount of fees paid. In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled, we are sorry but we will not be liable for any expenses incurred by the participant associated with attending that course. Please be aware however that as much notice and consideration as possible will be given. Upon the payment of a deposit to secure a booking, a participant is liable for the payment of their course fees in full, before the end of that training and regardless of whether they complete the training or not. We reserve the right to change details of courses where we feel it is for the benefit of the course and the participants. Please tick the box above if you agree these are fair enough terms!
